Please support this research on salesperson recruiting processes by participating in a brief (~five minutes) online survey. The survey and research are conducted by Louisiana Tech doctoral student Cameron Sumlin.
This research examines the information relevant to understanding a salesperson’s presentation skills and how individual characteristics can lead to differences in evaluating candidates for sales positions.
Condition of Participation
Research participants are asked to complete an online survey lasting approximately eight minutes, and may optionally elect to participate in a brief telephone follow-up interview.
Participation Eligibility
The study is open to all.
Participants receive:
- A copy of the findings report on this research topic.
- An invitation to a future Sales Management Association webcast, in which the research author will be invited to summarize research findings.
- A free Associate membership is provided to practitioners.

Confidentiality
Survey results are only reported in aggregate, and never in a way that would compromise the identity of any single respondent. All individual respondent data are treated with strict confidentiality, and will not be distributed.
